My journey into leadership began over 46 years ago, not with a corner office, but with an engineering degree in hand and the mindset to solve problems at their root.

Engineering taught me discipline, precision, and systems thinking, qualities that became the backbone of my leadership journey.

I started as a young engineer-turned-manager at one of India’s top corporates, where I learned my first lesson: leadership is forged through resilience, vision, and a relentless drive to deliver results.

Over the decades, I climbed the corporate ladder, navigating diverse roles and industries.
